1. Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days after the delivery of your order.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- After we receive the product in its original condition, we will initiate the refund process.
2. Order Cancellation:
- If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.
3. Refund Process:
- All refunds will be processed through Bank NEFT/RTGS or PayPal transfer.
- The refund will be completed within 5-10 working days after confirmation.
Damage or Breakage Policy
1. Product Damage During Shipping:
- If your product arrives damaged, you have the option to:
- Receive a replacement product.
- Receive a full refund through our insurance company, pending claim approval.
2. Insurance Claim Process:
- To expedite the insurance claim process, please follow these steps:
- If the parcel shows external damage, take photos of the packaging before opening it.
- Open the parcel within 3 days of delivery, as it is mandatory to notify the shipping and insurance companies of any damage within this period. No claims will be entertained after this period.
- If the item is broken, email us at Artefactindia and notify the shipping company (FedEx or DHL) with photographs of the damage.
- The insurance company may request additional information to process your claim, which the buyer must provide upon request.
- Once the insurance claim is settled, we will inform you via email and initiate the refund or replacement process.
